Job Title: Financial DirectorAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled financial professional to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Management: Develop and implement effective financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Accounting and Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Cash Flow and Working Capital: Manage cash flow, working capital, and investments to ensure liquidity and optimal returns.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a healthy credit rating.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and suppliers, to secure funding and optimize partnerships.
  • Advisory Services: Provide expert financial advice to senior management and the board of directors on strategic matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and capital structuring.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational corporation or Fortune 500 company.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Languages: Fluent English; proficiency in other languages a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures.
