Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned revenue management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in hotel revenue management or pricing strategy, with strong knowledge of revenue metrics and forecasting techniques.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue across multiple properties.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR), occupancy, booking pace, and lead times to identify pricing opportunities and recommend changes.
  • Prepare and share regular forecast reports and revenue dashboards with the team.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pacing, booking window, and segmentation trends.
  • Adjust rates, manage restrictions, and optimize inventory using a property management system (PMS).
  • Conduct competitive set analysis and track market demand drivers, local events, and seasonal trends.
  • Develop and manage online travel agency (OTA) pricing, availability, and promotions.
  • Generate and present weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports to leadership.
  • Evaluate pricing strategies and promotions for effectiveness and adjust as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in hotel revenue management or pricing strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue metrics and forecasting techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with OTAs and a dynamic pricing tool.
  • Familiarity with a PMS.
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (data modeling, pivot tables, trend analysis).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and make strategic decisions.
