Customer Service Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints via phone calls. The successful candidate will utilize excellent communication skills and sound judgment to provide exceptional service support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints over the telephone.

  • Achieve key performance targets, adhering to agreed upon quality standards and client process workflows.
  • Maintain efficient work procedures according to HCL policy guidelines.

  • Ability to adapt to a neutral accent and US culture.
  • Resolve customer queries effectively in the first point of contact.
  • Focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Professional courtesy, friendliness, and empathy.
  • Active listening skills and proficient data entry abilities.
  • Capacity to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation (any stream).
  • 12 - 24 months of International Voice (Inbound/Outbound) process experience preferably in patient handling or AR calling.
