Our ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of life insurance products through bank customers at assigned locations. They will work closely with the branch manager to implement business strategies and ensure timely issuance of policies.
- Drive wallet share in allocated bank branches by focusing on product mix.
- Achieve pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, active branch, and various KPIs for designated branches.
The successful candidate will also develop strong relationships with internal teams and channel partners, fostering sales growth and maintaining responsiveness to requirements.
- Manage relationships between internal teams and channel partners to drive sales growth.
- Provide all necessary support to channel partners as a representative of the company.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can effectively execute marketing activities, ensure compliance to internal sales processes, and adhere to customer touch-point engagement.

- Adhere to training roadmaps and provide timely reports to supervisors.
