As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across the IT service and consulting sectors.

  • You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Your ability to build rapport with C-level executives and other stakeholders will be crucial in aligning client IT and business goals with our services.
  • You will oversee the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding to delivery and renewal, ensuring that all aspects are met to the highest standard.
  • In collaboration with our technical teams, you will work to ensure smooth project execution and effective managed services.
  • Through ongoing research and analysis, you will stay up-to-date with the latest IT industry trends and emerging technologies, providing valuable insights to our clients.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
  • A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or similar role within the IT services sector.
  • Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies including AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot, as well as MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
