Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data analysis department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

  • We require a highly skilled individual with expertise in SQL, Python, and Java, along with exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
  2. Build and maintain ETL pipelines for seamless data integration across systems.
  3. Apply programming expertise in Python and Java for data analysis, automation, and solution development.
  4. Utilize GenAI tools and LLMs (Large Language Models) for advanced data-driven insights.
  5. Develop and refine prompt engineering techniques to generate accurate SQL queries, summarize findings, and enhance analytical workflows.
  6. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 4–7 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or related fields.
  2. Strong expertise in SQL (query optimization, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning).
  3. Hands-on experience with Python and Java for data analysis and application development.
  4. Proven experience with ETL tools and frameworks for data extraction and integration.
  5. Exposure to GenAI tools and LLMs for analytics and automation.
  6. Ability to apply prompt engineering for generating SQL queries, summarizing outputs, and driving deeper insights.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and accuracy.
  8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
  1. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  2. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
  3. Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in data analysis.
