Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment
  • Experience coaching agile methodologies to teams and stakeholders
  • Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience driving adoption of agile methodologies, processes, and tools in cross-functional organizations
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery
  • Participation in scaled agile frameworks
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM)

Job Description:

The Scrum Lead is responsible for optimizing the flow of value from generation to delivery.

The team leader will lead teams in creating high-value items while eliminating or reducing rework and waste. They will promote transparency on barriers to change and progress, remove or seek assistance in addressing impediments and opportunities. The Scrum Lead will enable teams to practice professional scrum and other frameworks that drive agility. Additionally, they will cultivate a habit of continuous learning, experimentation, and improvement to reach a high-performing state.
