Job Title:

A Scrum Master is sought after to build and sustain trust across all levels of the organization, driving teamwork, performance, and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a servant leader to an Agile team
  • Educate Agile teams on maximizing efficiencies and performance from Scaled Agile practices and values
  • Coach Agile teams in self-organization and continuous improvement
  • Guide Agile teams to consistently deliver customer value
  • Manage risks, mitigate impediments, and negotiate dependencies within and across Agile teams
  • Facilitate Scrum events, including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Refinement sessions, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
  • Experience leading teams as a Scrum Master
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • A Team-first, servant leader mentality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified SAFe Scrum Master and Certified PSM or CSM
