Job Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Team Lead to drive efficient team performance and collaborate closely with client stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, enabling team success, coordinating with the Release Train Engineer (RTE), and ensuring timely delivery of project commitments.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, effective communication, and a deep understanding of Agile practices.

  • Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and expectations.
  • Coordinate with the RTE and other team leaders to manage dependencies and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Track and manage project progress, team capacity, velocity, and burndown charts.
  • Proactively communicate resource needs, availability, and risks to the client.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project goals and escalate blockers or delays as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process enhancements.
  • Maintain and track estimation accuracy, team performance metrics, and project reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with at least 5 years as a dedicated Team Lead.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder engagement.
  • Expertise in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Experience in resource planning, capacity tracking, and project reporting.
  • Team Lead certification is required; SAFe certification is a plus.
