Lead Scrum Master Role

As a seasoned Agile expert, you will drive execution and continuous improvement within Scaled Agile environments. Your role is to facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams, and enable Release Trains to deliver high-value solutions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach Agile Release Train teams on Lean-Agile principles, SAFe standard methodologies, and Agile mentality adoption.
  • Facilitate Program Increment Planning and ensure clear dependencies, objectives, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Assist Product Owners and Business Owners in effective backlog management, prioritization, and value-driven decision-making.
  • Champion an environment of clarity, psychological safety, and accountability, enabling trust and continuous learning.
What We Expect Of You
  • Mastery in Computer Science or related field with 5-7 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree and 8-12 years of experience in Computer Science or related field.
  • SAFe Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile Portfolio Management and Agile Governance, experience as a Scrum Master in Agile and SAFe environments.
