Supply Chain Planner

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and demand patterns to inform supply chain planning decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rates, lead times, and inventory turns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
