Logistics Manager Position

A logistics manager is needed for a position that involves coordinating the movement of goods across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging trucks for third-party logistic movements, possessing good communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods
2) Negotiate with suppliers and carriers to secure optimal rates and services
3) Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to minimize costs and maximize productivity

Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
2) At least 5 years of experience in logistics management
3) Strong communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
1) Knowledge of prevailing market freight rates and terms of payment
2) Experience in field of truck placement for transport company
