We are seeking a dedicated Transportation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless transportation coverage from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and cost-effective transportation services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, including start times, kilometre readings, and boarding/pick-up times.
  • Ensure that only authorized personnel are picked up, and obtain necessary approvals when required.
  • Manage the 24/7 transport helpdesk, providing call logging services and handling queries and concerns.
  • Monitor and report cases of speeding and other incidents to the Transport Helpdesk, and communicate via radio when needed.
  • Filling log books upon arrival at client sites, excluding excess mileage.
  • Serving as a liaison between teams, supporting the transport team at client facilities, and maintaining relationships with vendor supervisors.
  • Preparing work orders, assigning unique reference numbers for each transport request, and compiling daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in any field, with three to five years of experience in transportation management within a BPO setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Aptitude for developing and monitoring improvement programs.
  • Laser focus on excellence and a drive towards continuous improvement.
