Procurement Associate

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Associate to support various procurement and vendor-related activities. As a key member of our sourcing team, you will be responsible for conducting market research, evaluating vendors, and maintaining procurement documentation.
- Conduct market research and collect quotations for ongoing projects.
- Evaluate and identify potential vendors and factory partners.
- Maintain and update vendor databases and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand sourcing requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and timelines with suppliers under supervision.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A graduate degree in Commerce, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- A mature and responsible approach to work.
- A strong interest in procurement and sourcing.
- A basic understanding of vendor evaluation and supply chain principles.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
