About the Role

Join our organization as an Associate Manager/ Manager – Procurement and contribute to a growing team. This full-time role will be based at our Corporate Office, Hyderabad.

This is an excellent opportunity for bright, motivated, and entrepreneurial candidates with 7 to 10 years of experience in Procurement to join our Procurement team.

The ideal candidate should have a Graduate degree preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, good Negotiations and Analytical skills, knowledge of MS Office, SAP & Analytics, awareness of products, functions, application parts and manufacturers, and knowledge of manufacturing process & Raw-Material.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage procurement activities including receiving Bill of Material from Design Department, seeking quotations from vendors, making cash flow plans, preparing comparative quotations, releasing purchase/work orders, following up with accounts team, ensuring timeliness of material delivery, and providing weekly financial project progress.
  • Maintain databases of vendors and ensure all work, workers, and movement are insured.
  • Work closely with Tender/BD team to cost upcoming projects/tenders and monitor procurement operations to ensure timely completion.

As a key member of the Procurement team, you will play a crucial role in driving clean energy innovation and people-first culture.

  2. Develop and manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
  3. Prepare and submit reports on procurement activities, vendor performance, and budget utilization.
