Procurement Expert

Job Description:

In this role, you will play a critical part in helping clients optimize their procurement processes by implementing and rolling out effective solutions within their SAP Ariba systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify current pain points and areas for improvement in their purchasing configurations.
  2. Maintain in-depth knowledge of SAP Ariba's Supplier Lifecycle Management, Supplier Risk Management, and integration with S/4 HANA.
  3. Provide expert guidance on business process re-engineering opportunities and implement targeted improvements as needed.
  4. Work closely with technical teams during the 'Build' phase of the engagement.
  5. Oversee cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support activities.
  6. Conduct thorough testing, prepare test cases, and develop comprehensive test scripts.
  7. Develop functional and technical documentation based on gathered requirements.
  8. Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  9. Deliver high-quality results while working independently with customers.
  10. Perform unit testing and system integration testing.
  11. Support business units during UAT.
