The Finance and Accounts Manager will oversee the finance department of a manufacturing unit, supporting the company on financial activities. The role involves heading the finance department, conducting stock audits, budgeting, planning, SAP activities, banking, compliance, MIS reporting, analysis, stakeholder management, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial meetings to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
- Complete financial accounting, forecasting, and deliver reports and metrics to leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field (10-15 years of relevant experience).
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Detail-oriented and analytical with strong leadership skills.
Essential Skills:
- SAP knowledge.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Financial knowledge in handling manufacturing units.
