Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technology executive to spearhead the company's technology transformation and platform evolution. This role demands strategic leadership, innovative thinking, and exceptional technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Strategy: Collaborate with the CTO to drive technology vision into actionable plans.
  • Transformation Initiatives: Lead modernization, scalability, and engineering transformation initiatives to enhance business competitiveness.
  • Technological Advancements: Promote adoption of emerging technologies for sustainable growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align technology strategy with business goals through collaboration with Product, Operations, and Security teams.
  • Infrastructure Architecture: Design and implement DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, cloud strategies, and SRE practices to ensure efficient operations.
  • Data Platform Development: Build and scale a modern data platform for analytics, BI, and AI applications.
  • Data Governance: Establish data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks to maintain data integrity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12–15 years' experience in software development, DevOps, and data engineering; 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • A proven track record in modernization, microservices, and enterprise-scale data platforms.
  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
