Senior Art Director Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Art Director to lead our creative strategy and direction for client campaigns across various mediums.

The successful candidate will have strong conceptualization, art direction, and campaign development skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of designers and visualizers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing creative strategies to drive business growth and inspire audiences.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver strong brand campaigns.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior art directors and designers to ensure high creative standards.
  • Reviewing and refining creative outputs before delivery, maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Presenting creative ideas and campaigns confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements for this role include:

  • 6-8 years of experience in advertising or design (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong skills in conceptualization, art direction, and campaign development.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and up-to-date with emerging tools.
  • Deep understanding of branding, typography, visual storytelling, and integrated campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strategic thinking, persuasive presentation, and timely delivery.
