The role of a Visual Communications Leader is to set the visual tone for brands and oversee campaign communications from start to finish.

Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the brand team to interpret briefs, understand objectives, and design requirements from concept to execution.
- Apply strategic thinking to solve brand challenges and lead the visual direction across digital, social, and medium platforms.
- Develop concept mood boards for brand reviews, photoshoots, campaign ideas, and scripts.
- Design cross-channel creative expressions - digital, print, motion, and visual.
- The deliverables include brand identity design, digital communication design, website design, packaging design, and campaign communication design.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Maintain compliance with brand guidelines and design standards, and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Breadth of style and design capability to deliver designs for brands.
- Passion for pop culture and everything Advertising/Marketing.
