About the opportunity:

What will you do?

Lead a creative team to develop breakthrough ideas that drive client reputations and brand engagement.

Co-develop creative strategies, oversee ideation, and set standards for all creative output.

Build strong client relationships and champion innovative programs.

Generate ideas that resonate with audiences, work across channels, and meet or exceed client goals.

Translate briefs into clear creative visions for teams to execute across platforms and media.

Stay current on industry and cultural trends to bring unconventional solutions to the table.

Serve as a trusted authority for clients, enhancing the agency's reputation.

Mentor and develop creative talent, fostering the growth of emerging leaders.

Collaborate with integrated teams to elevate campaigns from conception through completion.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maximizing team contributions.

Embrace strategic feedback and demonstrate value in client meetings and industry forums.

Understand client businesses and goals, proactively proposing creative content and ideas.

Identify business development opportunities with new and existing clients.

Consolidate, articulate, and present creative ideas persuasively and clearly.

Review and provide feedback on creative briefs, ensuring high-quality output.

You will be a good fit if you…

  • Have 8–10 years of experience at a reputed digital agency.
    • Have led the production of creative assets across multiple media and channels.
      • Are experienced in creating assets for bought, owned, and earned media strategies.
        • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internal and client-facing.
          • Have strong time and resource management skills.
            • Are knowledgeable about design tools, digital platforms, and media trends.
              • Excel at networking, negotiation, coordination, and organization.
                • Are an analytical thinker with the ability to extract actionable insights.
