Visual Content Creator

Our team is dedicated to helping GTM and RevOps leaders drive clarity, efficiency, and scale.

We are seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across every channel. From social media and sales collaterals to landing pages, website pages, whitepapers, and case studies—you'll be the creative force that makes our marketing stand out.

The role will support and shape everything visual, including:

  • Campaigns & events: Design assets for offline and online presence.
  • Sales enablement materials: Develop sleek sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, and case study layouts.
  • Content design: Elevate long-form content into visually engaging formats.
  • Web & landing page visuals: Collaborate with marketing to design and refine website pages and visual elements.
  • Brand consistency & evolution: Ensure all outputs align with brand standards while contributing to branding guidelines.

You'll handle day-to-day design asks from the marketing team with speed and creativity, while also bringing in new design ideas and trends to keep our creative fresh and competitive.

Proficiency in essential design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva is required. A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, print, and web is essential.

A high operator mindset—someone who delivers fast without compromising quality—is necessary. Bonus points if you have experience with motion graphics, video editing, or HubSpot design components.

In 3 months, you'll become the go-to design partner for the marketing team, handling requests across campaigns, events, and content with confidence. Your designs will measurably improve engagement across campaigns, and you'll earn a reputation for being a high-operator designer.
