As a seasoned Facilities Management Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the tactical and operational aspects of technical and infrastructural facilities services in our APAC region.

Job Description:
  • To ensure optimal functionality of building systems, including HVAC, fire safety equipment, elevators, diesel generators, docks, etc.
  • Manage vendors and maintenance staff, contractors and third parties through KPIs and SLAs.
  • Prepare and conduct Performance Dialogues with Facility Management Teams and other key stakeholders involved in the FM value chain.
  • Collaborate with Finance to develop and administer operating and capital budgets for facilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture or related fields. Desired qualifications include Facilities Management Certification and more than 5 years of related experience preferably in warehouse, business office or real estate environment.
