Customer Service Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team at Celanese Corporation. This role will be responsible for handling E2E order to cash (OTC) process for respective lines of business and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with customers and multiple business and functional partners to deliver exceptional service to customers.
- Act as primary customer interface for external customers & Channel Partners to ensure customer queries are responded to on time & orders are executed without any issues.
- Experience in handling imports and exports shipments in Air & Sea mode, with a good understanding of commercial terms (e.g., incoterms).
- Manage different types of customer orders through Customer Service work processes and systems.
- Responsible for E2E order execution in SAP, which includes all order processing steps from order entry to invoice creation.
- Actively monitor open orders and proactively communicate with supply chain to ensure deliveries arrive at the customer on time, as committed.
- Process customer complaints and returns according to Complaint Management process and return policies.
- Responsible for filing all documents pertaining to order to cash process as per internal control guidelines (SOX/CRIM).
Requirements:
- Experience using an ERP System (SAP is preferred).
- Proficient knowledge in MS office & good communication skills.
- Good analysis and problem-solving & complaint handling skills.
- Any graduate or PG with experience in imports & exports or logistics.
