Mobile Banking Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in leading Mobile Banking projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of these projects, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and open communication to drive project success.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, developing proactive strategies to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality results.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, change management, and training activities.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and metrics to track progress.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or IT, with at least 4 years of exposure to Mobile banking & Internet banking projects.
  • Proven expertise in Scrum, Agile frameworks, and related tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Excellent knowledge of banking products, digital channels, and services.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • PMP, Scrum, Prince2 certifications, or similar.
