We are seeking a Branch Development Manager to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and selecting sales professionals to support our objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting interviews with sales executives, working closely with HR to ensure suitable candidates.
- Maintaining productivity metrics for the team, including premium per executive, case rate, persistency, retention, and revenue targets.
- Promoting successful selling skills among sales executives through joint field work.
- Conducting fortnightly performance reviews (PRP) to assess executives' progress against desired standards.
- Supporting sales executives in utilizing our GOLD system to maximize business from target markets.
- Supervising daily activity plans of all sales executives to ensure they meet expected levels.
- Ensuring all sales executives under supervision adhere to company guidelines regarding need-based selling, compliance, and customer service.
- Effectively managing, tracking, and converting leads provided by our in-house telemarketing unit.
- Engaging with customers to provide swift responses to queries and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assisting in direct customer service policyholder complaint resolution.
- Educating team/prospects on our MNYL products compared to competitors to facilitate informed decisions.
