Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to spearhead cross-functional initiatives across business and IT. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex projects, with 8–10 years of experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive project success.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular project status updates and steering committee meetings.
  • Promote process improvements and systems integrations within the organization.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in project leadership, with a strong focus on business and technology domains.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or Asana.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Experience with ERP implementations, data migration projects, or system integrations.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
