
Help Desk Support Specialist

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service skills to end users, ensuring timely updates and meeting SLA requirements.
- Provide Tier I/II support via multiple communication channels.
- Perform tasks related to hardware and software systems.
- Log and track issues in our service management tools.
- Build, deploy, patch and support desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
- Demonstrated ability to build, maintain and support workstation images.
- Experience managing remote desktop environments.
- Ability to collaborate with IT team members.
- Working knowledge of IP networking principles.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and SharePoint.
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1+ years of previous service desk/end user support experience.
- Hands-on experience servicing/troubleshooting desktops, laptops and printers.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Office 365 administration.
- ITIL V3 certification desired.
- Experience with Service Now.
