We are seeking an experienced Civil & Structural WTG Foundation Design Expert to join our Engineering Design Office – Renewables.

  • Design and optimize wind turbine generator foundations, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with international standards.
  • Develop and implement foundation designs that minimize environmental impact while maximizing structural integrity.
  • Collaborate with geotechnical, hydrology, BoP, electrical, and CTS teams to ensure a holistic approach to project delivery.
  • Support certification processes with external agencies and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural specialization)
  • Master's in Structural or Civil (preferred)
  • Experience: 8–12 years in Power & Utilities sector with focus on renewable energy foundations
  • Technical Skills:
  • Software: STAAD Pro, SAP2000, RFEM/RSTAB, SAFE, ETABS, PLAXIS 2D/3D
  • Expertise: WTG foundation design, geotechnical risk assessment, hydrology, seismic analysis, civil design codes (BIS, ASCE, AISC, Eurocode, etc.)
