Structural Civil Engineer Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Structural Civil Engineer to contribute to our team's success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and analyze structural components for industrial civil foundations and steel structures, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
  • Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and technical reports using industry-standard software.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections and verify compliance with design, safety, and quality regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to achieve project objectives.
  • Review and approve design calculations, models, and construction documents, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide expert guidance to junior engineers and project teams, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Maintain adherence to industry standards, codes, and client requirements, ensuring a high level of professionalism.
  • Perform feasibility studies and cost estimations for structural projects, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred) or equivalent qualification.
  • 5–10 years of experience in industrial civil foundation and steel structure design, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, Tekla, etc.), with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of IS codes, AISC, Eurocodes, or other international standards, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing detailed engineering drawings and models, with attention to detail and precision.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and open communication.
