Compensation Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire payroll process from start to finish. This includes collecting timesheet data and payroll information, entering it into payroll and administrative databases and software programs, calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, and commissions, preparing and processing paychecks and cash deposits, and maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
This position also involves responding to payroll-related inquiries, performing payroll reconciliations, and preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes. In addition, you will be responsible for managing year-end activities, including termination payments calculation with Annual Leave, Long Service Leave, and Redundancy payment, as well as e-TDS filing and form no. 16 preparation.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, with a bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field. They must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in payroll software. Additionally, they should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
