About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution with a law firm or IP services company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting & Prosecution: Independently draft high-quality patent applications in US, EP, and India.
• Office Actions: Prepare and review responses to office actions from the USPTO, EPO, and Indian Patent Office.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, workload distribution, and delivery commitments.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with inventors, in-house counsel, and R&D teams to capture technical inventions.
• Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (preferred).
  • Patent Agent Qualification: Must be a registered patent agent.
  • Experience: 5–8 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution with a law firm or IP services company.
