Role Overview:

The Finance Deputy Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting processes and financial close. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting & Reporting: Manage the completion of accurate and timely monthly financial close, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Ind-AS) and company accounting policies.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability for specific business units.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Start-up experience and scaling up a start-up through Series-A, Series-B funding efforts preferred.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented individual with positive outlook and impeccable integrity.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, accounting, and reporting software.
  • Advanced expertise in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
