Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented finance professional to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical part in driving financial planning, forecasting, and analytical processes for the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, deep analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across teams to support decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

This position involves preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. It also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure accurate financial projections.

The successful candidate will be able to provide insights into variances between actual results and forecasts, identifying key drivers and trends.

In addition, this role includes planning CAPEX investment for the organization and tracking business performance metrics, including revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.

The finance professional will also develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and highlight areas requiring attention.

The role of a Finance Professional is multifaceted, requiring the ability to analyze complex financial data, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement best practices in financial reporting and analysis.

A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory for this role. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, preferably in a multinational corporation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position. The candidate should be capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
