We are seeking a business development professional to expand our presence in the Indian market.

The ideal candidate will possess strong connections within the textile, garment, or fashion supply chain and be well-versed in fabric sourcing, garment manufacturing, and fashion design.

This role involves building strategic partnerships with fashion businesses, converting leads into active customers, and facilitating communication between our product team and clients to enhance features and improve fit.

Key skills include relationship-building, sales strategy, and customer service. Ideal candidates have worked with designers, exporters, manufacturers, or fabric suppliers and are comfortable taking initiative and growing a long-term portfolio.

The compensation structure includes a base amount of ₹25,000 per month for the first 3 months, followed by 15% commission on every sale, with high-performing professionals potentially transitioning into an ongoing, commission-based role with no earnings cap.
