Drive Textile Growth

We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive growth in the textile sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business presence and market share, focusing on strong product knowledge and effective communication.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field, with analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to ensure optimal product placement and availability across all sales channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure the seamless execution of product promotions and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends, customer preferences, and emerging product lines in the textile market.
  • Work with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and ensure that products meet quality and sustainability standards.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to drive product performance in the textile sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and in-store displays to maximize textile sales and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and adjust merchandising strategies based on performance metrics, customer feedback, and market changes in the textile industry.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4+ years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field. (Proven experience preferred)
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and merchandising software.
  • Passion for staying ahead of market trends and delivering solutions.
  • Textile industry experience is a plus
