Role Overview
We are seeking proactive and driven Apparel Sales Agents / Merchandisers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of orders — from initial inquiry to final delivery. You will act as the bridge between our customers, suppliers, and production teams, ensuring every project reflects our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients in corporate, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and industrial sectors.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored apparel and textile solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation, pitching, and negotiation to closing deals.
- Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor quality standards and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Track and report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Represent J2 Vestures at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B apparel, textile, or fashion sales (corporate clothing or uniforms preferred).
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and customization processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- A customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
