Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Merchandise Coordinator to drive growth in the textile sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business presence and market share.

The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge and effective communication skills to ensure our textile products are positioned in the market to maximize customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to ensure optimal product placement and availability across all sales channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of product promotions and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends, customer preferences, and emerging product lines in the textile market.
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules with suppliers and vendors to ensure products meet quality and sustainability standards.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to drive product performance in the textile sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Participate in promotional events to maximize textile sales and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4+ years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and merchandising software.
  • Passion for staying ahead of market trends.
