Job Title: Textile Machinery Service Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Textile Machinery Service Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service operations at customer sites, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.


About the Role:
  • This position involves executing various service operations such as installation, commissioning, maintenance, breakdown support, and AMC services for textile machinery.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile machinery, with expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain accurate records are essential skills for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Installation and Commissioning: Perform on-site installation and commissioning of textile machinery in coordination with the team and customer.
  2. Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize machine downtime.
  3. Maintenance and Repair: Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
  4. Communication and Reporting: Provide timely and professional communication to customers during service visits and maintain detailed service reports.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Textiles or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in spinning mills or textile quality control.
  • Good understanding of textile machinery, particularly spinning preferred.
  • Basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently at customer sites and follow instructions accurately.
  • Familiarity with service documentation practices and basic ERP or service reporting tools.
