Job Overview:

To deliver high-quality service operations, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, breakdown support, and AMC services for textile machinery at customer sites.

We are seeking a skilled professional to perform on-site installations and commissioning of textile machinery in coordination with the team and customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site installation and commissioning of textile machinery
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize machine downtime
  • Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule to ensure equipment reliability and performance
  • Provide timely and professional communication to customers during service visits
  • Maintain detailed service reports, including work performed, parts replaced, and feedback from customers
  • Follow safety guidelines, operational SOPs, and ensure compliance with quality standards during all service tasks
  • Collaborate with other service team members for complex installations or escalated problems
  • Provide feedback from the field regarding customer needs, technical improvements, or machine performance issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of textile machinery (Spinning preferred)
  • Basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently at customer sites
  • Familiar with service documentation practices
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and basic ERP or service reporting tools
