Job Title: Senior Fabric Finishing Manager

The Deputy General Manager Finishing is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finishing department. Key areas include operational management, quality assurance, process improvement and innovation, and compliance and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production schedules and customer delivery commitments to ensure timely and efficient completion of fabric finishing tasks.
  • Oversee quality control processes to guarantee that fabrics meet customer specifications and international standards.
  • Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability in the fabric finishing process.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as maintaining standards in line with customer audits, certifications, and sustainability requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Production Management. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in fabric finishing, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role in a reputable fabric/textile mill.
