Legal Expertise Sought

We are looking for a highly skilled Legal Assistant Manager with expertise in real estate and property law to join our team. As a key member of the legal department, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws, handling property registrations, title verification, stamp duty, and due diligence processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and negotiate Leave and License agreements, lease deeds, and sale transactions.
  • Provide legal support for property acquisitions, rentals, and disposals, including conducting thorough risk assessments.
  • Ensure adherence to local real estate laws, regulations, and RERA requirements.
  • Liaise with external counsels, government bodies, and regulatory authorities on property-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal documentation related to property transactions.
  • Conduct thorough title verification and encumbrance checks on properties.
  • Stay updated with changes in real estate and property law, providing expert advice to management as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • LLB degree with 4–10 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven exposure to real estate, property law, and conveyancing.
  • Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating leave & license agreements, lease deeds, and sale transactions.
  • Strong working knowledge of RERA, municipal, and development authority regulations.
  • Experience handling property registrations, title verification, stamp duty, and due diligence processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with government authorities and external counsel.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
