ServiceNow GRC Module Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the operational aspects of our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in ServiceNow administration, with hands-on experience in GRC modules and a proven track record of ensuring platform stability, integrations and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure ServiceNow platform including GRC modules.
  • Perform DevOps activities, including code deployments across environments.
  • Develop and implement fixes for production defects.
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems.
  • Resolve ServiceNow incidents and provide root cause analysis.
  • Maintain user roles, permissions and platform stability.
  • Support audits and compliance reporting.
  • Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches.
  • Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules.
  • Certifications:
  • ServiceNow CSA
  • GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals
  • GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation
  • Experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution.
  • Proven experience with code deployments, integration monitoring and defect fixes.
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) processes.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) is a plus.
