Senior ServiceNow Portfolio Manager

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Portfolio Manager to lead our team in delivering strategic portfolio management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and support end-to-end ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions
  • Conduct requirements gathering and solution design for complex SPM modules: Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource Management, Project Workspace, Financial Planner Workspace
  • Perform impact assessment on new solutions and SPM enhancements
  • Configure scripts, catalog forms, and workflows for seamless integration
  • Carry out system integration testing, unit testing, and UAT support for all SPM-related tasks
  • Manage code reviews, migrations, and production rollouts for optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot integration issues between ServiceNow and partner systems for prompt resolution
  • Implement automations using Custom APIs and IntegrationHub for process efficiency
  • Handle platform upgrades, patching, incident fixes, and request fulfillment for continuous improvement
  • Perform daily health checks and resolve performance issues for maximum uptime
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM experience with a strong understanding of the SPM Product Suite
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration with expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
  • Excellent testing, rollout planning, and production support skills with ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance
  • Strong communication and project management skills with ability to collaborate effectively
