Job Title:

Chief Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Chief Governance Specialist to lead our ServiceNow administration efforts, specifically in the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) modules.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage the configuration of the ServiceNow platform, including GRC modules
  • Perform high-level DevOps activities, such as code deployments across environments
  • Develop and implement fixes for production defects, ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Oversee the management of ServiceNow integrations with external systems
  • Resolve complex ServiceNow incidents and provide thorough root cause analysis
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability to ensure seamless operations
  • Support audits and compliance reporting, driving business outcomes
  • Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches, minimizing downtime
  • Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks, promoting knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration, with a strong focus on GRC modules
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC implementation
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution
  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes, ITIL, and change management
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI)
