Technical Manager Role

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Manager to spearhead our team's technological endeavors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Avaya Aura solutions and a proven track record in design, implementation, and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and execute cutting-edge Avaya SBC, System Manager, Session Manager, and Communication Manager solutions that meet our clients' complex needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Avaya Aura systems and their architecture, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Avaya solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.
  • Audio-Visual and UC Solutions: Collaborate with engineers to design and implement audio-visual and unified communications solutions that enhance our clients' overall experience.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong programming skills and development experience with languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients alike.
