Job Title: Technical Lead - Software Engineering

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a key role in leading our software engineering team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple software development projects, overseeing project execution through individual contributors.
  • Implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency for all components and systems within their domain.
  • Deliver projects on time, meeting quality standards, which impact their area of expertise and potentially one other.
  • Utilize strong tactical abilities to manage the product roadmap for a scrum team responsible for complex technical issues of diverse scope, requiring analysis of current business trends.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Analyze multiple sources of information and identify & resolve intricate technical, operational, and organizational problems related to software development.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Java and Spring Framework with an in-depth understanding of applying advanced object-oriented design and development principles.
  • Working experience with databases such as MYSQL/Oracle.
  • Experience in developing applications using NoSQL Databases (BigQuery, Cassandra, DynamoDB etc.) and Messaging technologies (Kafka, Rabbit MQ etc.).
