Software Engineering Manager Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of talented software engineers.This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong technical foundation, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for building high-quality software products.About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment, and conducting regular performance reviews. Additionally, they will define and maintain high engineering standards, best practices, and coding guidelines, and participate in technical design reviews and code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Technical Leadership: Define and maintain high engineering standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Software Engineer and 3-5 years of experience managing and mentoring software engineering teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in Java, DotNet, JavaScript, Cloud Computing, AWS, and Azure.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
