Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our system and providing exceptional service to our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT and customer service, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for managing complex technical issues, troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and providing timely resolutions to our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide input on new feature enhancements. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions and documenting technical knowledge base articles.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
