Job Summary:
This role focuses on delivering exceptional support to customers leveraging Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with experience working in large international environments and a proven track record of implementing scalable solutions using Microsoft Office 365 products.
The Support Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues related to the M365/O365 products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch support to Henson Group's customers by being knowledgeable about various Microsoft O365/M365 products.
- Respond to support tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Service Level Objectives (SLO).
- Assist with delivering projects through the implementation and delivery of scalable Microsoft Office 365 solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation on the Microsoft 365 services and related procedures and operations.
- Participate in 24x7 On-Call rotation to assist the global client base.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in IT, preferably in large international environments.
- Experience performing Mail, SharePoint, and File migrations to M365 using native and 3rd party tools.
- Microsoft Certification in at least two Modern Workplace areas.
